Meanwhile, as for Bison Kaalamaadan, the earnings seem to be going steady. With both the films being released on October 17, 2025, they are of two completely different genres. However, because of being released on the same day, in the same language, they seem to be in a rivalry at the box office. By day 2, Dude had earned around Rs. 20.05 crore. On the other hand, Bison Kaalamaadan had earned Rs. 5.85 crore.

As per Sacnilk, on day 3 of the release, which was on Sunday, October 19, 2025, Dude saw a Tamil occupancy of 55.20%, which seems to be going steady. When talking about earnings, Dude saw a revenue of around Rs. 10.50 crore. The total amount added up to be around Rs. 30.35 crore by the end of opening weekend.
On the other hand, as per Sacnilk, Bison Kaalamaadan's trend of the revenue increasing with every passing day continued. On the first Sunday of the film's release, which was day 3, the film saw total earnings of Rs. 4.25 crores. This made the total earnings of the film to be Rs. 10.10 crore by the end of the first weekend.
